Whether you found a bug, have a question, or want to suggest a feature, we'd love to hear from you. To help us resolve problems faster, please include:
- Your device model and iOS version (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 18).
- The MiGi version, shown at the bottom of the app's Settings screen.
- What you were doing when the problem happened, and what you expected instead.
- A screenshot, if it helps show the issue.
Please don't include personal health details in your email unless they're needed to explain the problem.
Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
Everything you record stays in a local database on your device. MiGi has no accounts and no servers that hold your health data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I move my data to a new phone?
Export a .migi backup file from the app's Settings, transfer it to your new device (AirDrop, iCloud Drive, etc.), and import it in MiGi on the new phone. If you use the optional iCloud backup, you can also restore from there.
How do I share my history with my doctor?
MiGi can generate a PDF report of your attack history. Create it from the app and share it using your device's share options.
How does the Apple Health connection work?
With your permission, MiGi can read sleep and menstrual cycle data to help you spot patterns, and write your logged attacks to Apple Health. You can change access at any time in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security → Health.
Why don't I see weather data?
The weather feature needs location permission (approximate accuracy is enough). If you denied it, you can enable it in the iOS Settings app under MiGi → Location.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions, or the App Store app → your profile → Subscriptions. To recover a purchase on a new device, use Restore Purchases in the app's Settings.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete individual entries in the app, or remove everything by deleting the app — your data lives only on your device. If you made iCloud backups, you can delete those from the app or from your iCloud Drive.
